The Celina High School AG Mechanics students brought back 10 first place ribbons from the Junior Agricultural Mechanics Show last weekend. This event was part of the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Projects and exhibitors are judged on construction, plans, record books, presentation, record keeping, safety and many other criteria. After they are awarded ribbons, all the blue ribbon winners are placed in their classes and then against all categories of projects. Ten projects from Celina received blue ribbons.

Caleb Smith placed 5th in his class with his 16-foot recreational sports trailer and Jake Vest, Kevin Molinar and Miles Teague also took fifth place in their class with a low boy deer feeder. The group of students are led by instructors, Shannon Layman and Trey Schares,
